I'm Tash — and I created "Burn" to break the rules of boring workouts. I was tired of overly polished routines that didn't speak to real women or real bodies. I wanted something more honest. More fun. More fire.

I’m certified in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair, with a background in food science and nutrition. I bring big heart, big energy, and zero interest in perfection. Burn is my answer to the watered-down wellness world.
